Registration Instructions

It’s important to establish your presence digitally to be able to expand your base and reach out to new patients. With a Profile, you can connect to potential patients in no time.

Kindly follow the below steps to signup:-
1.Register yourself on the Portal with the Unique Username and Email id.
2.Medical practitioner, start by entering your field of study. Post this, enter your personal and registration details.
3.Once the profile created successfully, the login Id and password will be sent through E-Mail on your registered e-mail Id and provided during profile creation.
4.Please use the self-attested photocopies of the original documents only for upload else your application may be rejected.
5.Please fill your information as per your degree certificate carefully. In case of any discrepancy found, the application may be rejected.
6.Please make sure to provide all the mandatory information indicated by “asterisk (*)” sign’
